Hi, I'm {Igor Kobyshcha}

igoryakus online indie developer

Indie developer of lifestyle apps

I build apps that simplify life, help you grow and streamline your workflow: WeaveMove, ShotHost and eWordWidget.

I come up with them and ship them myself, from idea to release, for the web, macOS and iOS, with no team and no investors. I write both the frontend and the backend.

15 years of PHP and 1C-Bitrix, a CMS popular in Eastern Europe. Dozens of companies have worked with me long term, not one-off: custom modules from small tweaks to large solutions, and support that lasts for years. Currently leading development of a major real estate portal for country homes and land, and of the largest chain of show-home exhibitions in its market.

WeaveMove

How I work

01

Think it through first

Before the first line of code I dig into the problem: who will use it and how, what data and load to expect, where the bottlenecks are. I design the architecture so the service is easy to grow.

02

Build it clean

Frontend and backend by one hand, without extra layers or hacks. Clear code that I or another developer can read a year later.

03

Automate

Everything lives in git, and deployment runs on its own after checks, with no manual uploads to the server. Less manual work, fewer mistakes.

04

See it through

A service is done when it works for people, fast and reliably, not when the ticket is closed.
